Ben jij een ervaren heftruckchauffeur die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt, maar ook administratief sterk is? Voor een logistieke werkomgeving in Boom zijn we op zoek naar een polyvalente Heftruckchauffeur / Magazijnmedewerker die zowel operationele als administratieve taken op zich neemt.

Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de chauffeurs, klanten, customer service en de operationele afdeling. Je zorgt ervoor dat goederen correct worden ontvangen, gecontroleerd, gelost, gescand en op de juiste plaats worden gezet. Daarnaast volg je de nodige administratie nauwkeurig op.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

Laden, lossen en correct stockeren van goederen. Ontvangen, controleren en scannen van binnenkomende en uitgaande goederen. Controleren van goederen en behandelen van eventuele afwijkingen of niet-conforme producten. Correct opvolgen en archiveren van transportdocumenten en CMR’s. Administratief verwerken van binnenkomende vrachtwagens. Opvolgen van lege verpakkingen en containers. Opstellen en opvolgen van dagelijkse, wekelijkse en maandelijkse rapporteringen. Signaleren en opvolgen van problemen en klachten. Zorgen voor een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkplek. Naleven van de veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieuvoorschriften.

Wat wij van jou vragen Je beschikt over een geldig heftruckattest. Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie. Je hebt kennis van laden, lossen en logistieke/transportprocessen. Je kunt werken met scanners en digitale trackingsystemen. Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands én Frans. Je kunt vlot werken met Outlook en Excel. Ervaring binnen de logistieke of automotive sector is een pluspunt. Je bent nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en klantgericht. Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en kunt snel schakelen. Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag in teamverband. Je bent polyvalent en bereid om verschillende taken op jou te nemen.
