Ihre Rolle

Als Heimhilfe unterstützen Sie unsere Bewohner:innen im Alltag und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zu deren Wohlbefinden, Sicherheit und Lebensqualität. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Pflege- und Betreuungsteam zusammen und tragen dazu bei, eine strukturierte und wertschätzende Umgebung sicherzustellen.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Unterstützung bei der täglichen Betreuung und Begleitung unserer Bewohner:innen

* Durchführung hauswirtschaftlicher Tätigkeiten unter Einhaltung hygienischer Standards

* Mithilfe bei der Körperpflege und Alltagsunterstützung im Rahmen des Tätigkeitsbereichs der Heimhilfe

* Förderung der Selbstständigkeit und Aktivierung der Bewohner:innen im Alltag

* Beobachtung des Allgemeinzustands der Bewohner:innen und Weitergabe relevanter Informationen an das Pflegepersonal

* Dokumentation der durchgeführten Maßnahmen gemäß internen Standards

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Pflege- und Betreuungsteams

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Heimhilfe

* Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen

* Empathie, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit sowie Kommunikationsstärke

* Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit

Vergütung

Die Bezahlung erfolgt gemäß SWÖ-Kollektivvertrag: Das Mindestbruttomonatsentgelt beträgt € 2.629,80 auf Vollzeitbasis (37 Std./Woche) zuzüglich variabler Zuschläge (z. B. Sonn- und Feiertagszuschläge).

Facheinschlägige sowie nicht facheinschlägige Vordienstzeiten werden gemäß Kollektivvertrag berücksichtigt (Anrechnung bis zu 10 Dienstjahren).

Das tatsächliche Gehalt wird abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung im persönlichen Gespräch festgelegt.
