Wij zoeken jou! Ben jij een Helpende (Plus) met een warm hart voor de ouderenzorg? Vind jij het belangrijk dat bewoners zich gezien, gehoord en thuis voelen? Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor je. Voor een betrokken zorgorganisatie in Maarssen zoeken wij een Helpende (Plus) die met persoonlijke aandacht en een glimlach het verschil maakt. Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag binnen een warme woonzorglocatie waar persoonlijke aandacht centraal staat. De locatie biedt zorg aan ouderen met een psychogeriatrische zorgvraag (PG) en somatische zorg. Samen met een betrokken en professioneel team zorg je ervoor dat bewoners zoveel mogelijk hun eigen leven kunnen blijven leiden. De locatie ligt in het centrum van Maarssen, waardoor winkels en andere voorzieningen dichtbij zijn. Wat ga je doen? Als Helpende (Plus) ondersteun je bewoners bij de dagelijkse verzorging en draag je bij aan een fijne, veilige en huiselijke leefomgeving. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en kijkt verder dan alleen de zorgvraag. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse ADL-zorg. - Het stimuleren van de zelfredzaamheid van bewoners. - Het uitvoeren van Helpende Plus-handelingen (indien bevoegd). - Het signaleren van veranderingen in de gezondheid van bewoners en deze bespreken met collega's. - Het bijdragen aan een warme en gezellige sfeer op de afdeling. Wat verwachten we van jou? - Een diploma Helpende Zorg & Welzijn niveau 2. - Voor de Plus-functie: een geldig Helpende Plus-certificaat. - Affiniteit met psychogeriatrische zorg (PG) en somatische ouderenzorg. - Je bent betrokken, sociaal en hebt oog voor de wensen van bewoners. - Je werkt graag samen en communiceert duidelijk met collega's en familie.
