Dit ga je doen Als helpende (plus) ondersteun je bewoners bij hun dagelijkse persoonlijke verzorging (ADL) en draag je bij aan een veilige, prettige en huiselijke leefomgeving. Je hebt oog voor hoe het met bewoners gaat, signaleert veranderingen in hun welzijn en bespreekt deze met je collega's. Daarnaast voer je, passend bij jouw bevoegdheden en bekwaamheden, aanvullende zorgtaken uit. Een dag is nooit hetzelfde. Het ene moment help je bij de persoonlijke verzorging en het andere moment ondersteun je bij een activiteit of maak je een praatje met een bewoner. Afhankelijk van je opleiding en bekwaamheden start je als helpende of als helpende plus. Er zijn daarnaast mogelijkheden om je te ontwikkelen. Hier ga je werken Je gaat aan de slag op locatie St. Elisabeth in Doesburg, een kleinschalige locatie met een huiselijke sfeer in het centrum van Doesburg. Hier wonen 41 bewoners, verdeeld over drie etages waar bewoners met somatische en psychogeriatrische zorgvragen wonen. De kleinschalige woonomgeving heeft als voordeel dat wij maximale aandacht kunnen geven aan onze bewoners. Binnen het team ervaar je een warme en betrokken sfeer, waar persoonlijke aandacht centraal staat en volop ruimte is om te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen. Locatie St. Elisabeth in Doesburg is onderdeel van ouderenzorgorganisatie Attent Zorg en Behandeling. Meer over onze ouderenzorgorganisatie lees je hier !
