Tamara, zorgmedewerker flexpool Dit ga je doen Wist je dat je als helpende in de flexpool bij BrabantZorg zelf kiest waar én wanneer je werkt? Je kan je inschrijven op openstaande diensten in alle BrabantZorg regio’s. Jij kiest op welke locatie, welke afdeling en in welk (thuiszorg-)team jij werkt. Elke dag is voor jou anders. Jij hebt zelf de regie en schrijft je in op openstaande diensten naar jouw keuze. Met behulp van ons roostersysteem ‘InPlanning’ zie jij als eerste de nieuwe openstaande diensten binnenkomen. Zo is jouw dag ‘Elke dag zo fijn mogelijk’ Je werkt op verschillende afdelingen met verschillende doelgroepen; Je ondersteunt, begeleidt en verzorgt de cliënten met ‘echte’ aandacht; Soms is er een periodieke hulpvraag. Dit houdt in dat je de mogelijkheid krijgt om een periode-opdracht van minimaal vier weken tot maximaal zes maanden uit te voeren op één afdeling en/of locatie. Dit gaat altijd in overleg. Dit bieden wij jou Uren zijn in overleg, afhankelijk van jouw beschikbaarheid; Salaris volgens FWG 25, volgens cao VVT; Een goede pensioenregeling, 8% vakantiegeld, collectieve verzekeringen en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,3% (dat is een volledige dertiende maand); Een uitgebreide keuze aan trainingen en opleidingen in de BrabantZorg Academie om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen; Meerkeuze in arbeidsvoorwaarden met fiscaal voordeel, zoals een laptop- of fietsregeling; Dit ben jij Allereerst heb jij hart voor de ouderenzorg. Jij hebt een diploma tot Helpende mbo niveau 2. Daarnaast: Wil je meer inspraak hebben in het invullen van je eigen diensten en werktijden; Vind je het leuk om op verschillende locaties en met verschillende doelgroepen te werken; Heb je voldoende digitale
