Werken bij Pantein Helpende Plus - PG Herstelkliniek Boxmeer In overleg € 2.599 / € 3.410 Wat ga je doen? Als helpende plus speel jij een belangrijke rol in het bieden van warme, persoonsgerichte basiszorg aan onze cliënten. Je geniet van de dynamiek van kortdurende zorg en kunt je goed inleven in de wensen van cliënten met betrekking tot hun herstel. Je ondersteunt bij ADL-taken, stimuleert welzijn en signaleert veranderingen, zodat cliënten kunnen herstellen in een veilige en vertrouwde omgeving. Bij de Herstelkliniek bieden we tijdelijk verblijf aan cliënten die bijvoorbeeld herstellen van een operatie, revalideren na een val of tijdelijk niet thuis kunnen wonen. De zorg die we bieden is tijdelijk, maar vaak complex. Samen met een hecht, multidisciplinair team zorg je voor een veilige en warme omgeving waarin cliënten aan hun herstel werken en jij kunt groeien in je vak. Binnen de PG afdelingen verblijven cliënten met dementie tijdelijk om hen in kaart te brengen, te stabiliseren en aansluitend te bepalen of terugkeer naar huis mogelijk is of dat zij intramuraal opgenomen worden. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het bieden van persoonsgerichte basiszorg aan onze cliënten; - Signaleren van veranderingen in gedrag, welzijn en gezondheid; - Ondersteunen bij ADL-taken, dagstructuur en een prettige, huiselijke sfeer; - Stimuleren van welzijn, activiteiten en een zinvolle daginvulling; - Aandacht hebben voor familieleden en hen betrekken bij de zorg rondom de cliënt; - Samenwerken in een zelf organiserend team, waarin jouw ideeën en initiatief tellen; - Een veilige, voorspelbare en vertrouwde leefomgeving creëren voor cliënten; - Bijdragen aan een open en warme samenwerking met collega's.
