+31 010 - 477 81 40 Helpende Plus - Wijkverpleging - Spijkenisse Opleiding Je stapt 's ochtends binnen bij je eerste cliënt in Spijkenisse. Na een vriendelijk goedemorgen help je bij het wassen en aankleden. Ondertussen hoor je hoe de nacht is geweest en merk je dat jouw aandacht minstens zo belangrijk is als de zorg die je verleent. Bij je volgende cliënt ondersteun je bij het ontbijt en reik je medicatie aan. Je werkt zelfstandig en gaat van cliënt naar cliënt, maar staat altijd in contact met je collega's uit het wijkteam. Als Helpende Plus in de wijk zorg jij ervoor dat ouderen zo lang mogelijk prettig en vertrouwd thuis kunnen blijven wonen. ? Als Helpende Plus in de wijkverpleging in Spijkenisse kom je bij cliënten thuis en word je onderdeel van hun dagelijks leven. Je ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse verzorging en kijkt daarbij verder dan alleen de zorgvraag. Een praatje, persoonlijke aandacht en het herkennen van wat iemand nodig heeft, maken jouw werk minstens zo belangrijk. Je werkt zelfstandig tijdens je route, maar kunt altijd terugvallen op je collega's uit het wijkteam. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat cliënten zich veilig, gehoord en gezien voelen en zo lang mogelijk in hun eigen vertrouwde omgeving kunnen blijven wonen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Ondersteunen van cliënten bij ADL, zoals wassen, aankleden en eten. - Aanreiken en toedienen van medicatie volgens de geldende afspraken en protocollen. - Ondersteunen bij dagelijkse zorgtaken binnen jouw bevoegd- en bekwaamheden. - Signaleren van veranderingen in de gezondheid, het gedrag en welzijn van cliënten. - Stimuleren van zelfredzaamheid en het behouden van de eigen regie. - Bieden van persoonlijke aandacht en een luisterend oor tijdens de zorgmomenten. - Zelfstandig uitvoeren van jouw werkzaamheden tijdens routes in de wijk. - Samenwerken met collega's uit het wijkteam en het netwerk rondom de cliënt. ? - Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding Help...
