Vind jij het fijn om zelfstandig op pad te gaan en echt iets te betekenen voor cliënten in hun eigen vertrouwde omgeving? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Voor de regio Mook en Gennep zoeken wij een enthousiaste Helpende Plus die cliënten ondersteunt bij hun dagelijkse zorg en welzijn. Geen dag is hetzelfde: jij bent een vertrouwd gezicht, biedt persoonlijke aandacht en draagt bij aan het behouden van zelfstandigheid en kwaliteit van leven. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Ondersteunen bij persoonlijke verzorging, zoals wassen, aankleden en eten; - Uitvoeren van aanvullende zorgtaken; - Signaleren van veranderingen in de gezondheid of thuissituatie van cliënten; - Ondersteunen bij het stimuleren van zelfstandigheid en welzijn; - Contact onderhouden met collega's, mantelzorgers en andere betrokken zorgprofessionals; - Werken in een zelfstandig en betrokken team waarin samenwerking centraal staat. Wat vragen we van jou? - Diploma Helpende Plus; - Je bent flexibel, nieuwsgierig en leergierig; - Je hebt affiniteit met de doelgroep; - Voor deze functie is een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) vereist. De kosten die je maakt voor deze aanvraag worden door ons vergoed. Wat bieden we jou? - Het salaris wordt, afhankelijk van leeftijd en ervaring, ingeschaald in FWG 30 van de cao VVT (minimaal € 2.599,- / maximaal € 3.410,- bruto per maand bij een 36-urige werkweek); - Een goede pensioenregeling, vakantiegeld 8% en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% (bijna gelijk aan een 13de maand); - Een baan in een veelzijdige organisatie; - Alle ruimte om goed ingewerkt te worden in een hecht team; - Een fijne start.
