Als helpende ben je de steun en toeverlaat van onze bewoners. Je helpt hen met algemene dagelijkse levensverrichtingen (ADL) en besteedt aandacht aan het welzijn van de bewoners. Je bent een zorgmedewerker die goed aanvoelt welke aandacht, hulp of begeleiding zij nodig hebben. Je kunt goed samenwerken en als je veranderingen in de zorgvraag van bewoners constateert, bespreek je dat met je collega's. In overleg ben je meer werkzaam op de zorgafdeling of op de woonkamer, wat jouw voorkeur heeft. Alle werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd conform het zorgplan, actuele wet- en regelgeving én richtlijnen die je van de locatiemanager krijgt. We zoeken specifiek een kandidaat voor avonddiensten (14.30/ 15.30 - 23.00 uur) Waar kom je te werken? Woonzorgcentrum De Heemhaven ligt in Heemstede in een rustige woonwijk omringd door groen. In De Heemhaven wonen 83 ouderen die vanwege geheugenproblemen niet meer zelfstandig kunnen wonen. We bieden hen professionele 24-uurs zorg, begeleiding en vele leuke activiteiten in een prettige woonomgeving. Goed contact met de familie en vrienden van onze bewoners vinden wij belangrijk, zij maken immers deel uit van het leven van onze bewoners en kunnen ons vertellen waar onze bewoners van houden en hielden. Goede zorg dichtbij, gastvrijheid, gezelligheid en samen leuke dingen doen. Daar gaat het ons om.
