+31 010 - 477 81 40 Helpende Plus - GRZ en Somatiek - Zwijndrecht Opleiding Je begint je dienst op de afdeling geriatrische revalidatie. Een cliënt is volop bezig met het herstel en wil vandaag weer een stap dichter bij zelfstandig functioneren komen. Jij ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse zorg, stimuleert wat iemand zelf kan en houdt goed in de gaten hoe het herstel verloopt. Later op de dag werk je met cliënten binnen de somatiek, waar langdurige en persoonsgerichte zorg centraal staat. Je helpt bij de verzorging, voert passende verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en hebt aandacht voor wat iemand nodig heeft. Als Helpende Plus in Zwijndrecht maak jij met jouw betrokkenheid iedere dag het verschil. ? Als Helpende Plus werk je binnen de geriatrische revalidatie (GRZ) en somatische zorg in Zwijndrecht. Binnen de revalidatie stimuleer je cliënten om zoveel mogelijk zelf te doen en ondersteun je hen bij hun herstel. Binnen de somatiek bied je juist langdurige, persoonlijke ondersteuning en zorg. Je kijkt daarbij verder dan alleen de zorgvraag en hebt aandacht voor de cliënt als persoon. Jouw taken zijn onder andere: - Ondersteunen en verzorgen van cliënten bij de dagelijkse zorg. - Stimuleren van de zelfredzaamheid en zelfstandigheid van cliënten. - Ondersteunen van cliënten tijdens hun revalidatie en herstel. - Uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen die passen binnen jouw bevoegdheden als Helpende Plus. - Signaleren van veranderingen in de lichamelijke en psychosociale situatie van cliënten. - Persoonsgerichte zorg en aandacht bieden aan cliënten binnen de somatiek. - Samenwerken met collega's en verschillende disciplines rondom de cliënt. ? - Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding tot Helpende Zorg & Welzijn niveau 2. - Je beschikt over het certificaat Helpende Plus of bent aanvullend geschoold voor de bijbehorende verpleegtechnische handelingen. - Je hebt affiniteit met geriatrische revalidatie en/of somatische zorg. - Je stimuleer...
