Functie Als een Helpende Plus speel je een zeer belangrijke rol in het welzijn van onze cliënten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van persoonlijke zorg en ondersteuning. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse bezigheden gemakkelijk verlopen, helpen bij het huishouden en zorgen ervoor dat de cliënten zich echt thuis voelen. Je geeft een gezellige touch aan de leefomgeving, waardoor het een warme en comfortabele plek wordt waar de cliënten zich op hen gemak kunnen voelen. Als Helpende Plus voer je onder andere deze taken uit: - Begeleiden van cliënten; - Verzorgen van cliënten; - Uitvoeren van lichte huishoudelijke taken. Wij bieden Ben jij de zorgprofessional die wij zoeken, dan bieden wij jou het volgende: - 25 vakantiedagen (op basis van een 36-urige werkweek); - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 cent per km; - Geniet van een aantrekkelijk startsalaris van €2.414,72 tot €3.088,94 op basis van 36-urige werkweek. - Vakantiegeld 8% en eindejaarsuitkering 8,33%; - Persoonlijke begeleiding en coaching; - Werkervaring in diverse werkomgevingen; - Een op maat gemaakt loopbaantraject inclusief relevante trainingen en opleidingen; - Jaarlijks een gezellig Medicalhunt feest om te vieren met collega's!
