Als Helpende plus bied je zorg die past bij wat cliënten thuis nodig hebben. Je werkt zelfstandig in de wijk, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Samen met je team bied je persoonlijke verzorging en stimuleer je de zelfstandigheid en regie van de cliënten. Op deze manier zorg je ervoor dat cliënten langer in hun vertrouwde thuisomgeving kunnen blijven wonen. Daarnaast signaleer je veranderingen en schakel je tijdig met collega’s, mantelzorgers en andere disciplines zoals fysiotherapeuten, ergotherapeuten en casemanagers. Tijdens je werk bouw je een vertrouwde band op met je cliënten en probeer je om elke dag een gouden randje te geven.

‘‘ We werken hier samen in Eijsden met 2 teams. Dit maakt dat we in een groot gebied werken met veel lieve collega's die elke dag klaarstaan voor onze cliënten. In Eijsden werken we veel en goed samen met andere disciplines zoals fysio, ergo, en casemanagers. Het is een leuk en huiselijk dorp en iedereen kent iedereen. Dit maakt dat je bij veel cliënten echt "thuis" komt. In Eijsden speelt veel waardoor de situaties complex en uitdagend zijn. Vervelen zal je je dus niet bij ons ;)’’
