Wir möchten aktuell unser bestehendes Team verstärken, diesbezüglich können wir Ihnen nachstehendes Stellenangebot für unseren Standort in Marchtrenk anbieten: 1 Hochbau-Polier_in (auch mit Partie) - Standort Marchtrenk *** Vollzeit (39 Std./Wo.) / Standort: Marchtrenk / Eintrittstermin: nach Vereinbarung, bzw. ab sofort möglich

KOMMEN SIE INS TEAM!

Wir sind der Bau-Spezialist in der Region und Teil der Stern-Gruppe, die in den Bereichen Verkehr, Schifffahrt, Bau, Elektro- und Gebäudetechnik sowie Betonfertigteile tätig ist. Seit 2025 sind wir auch am Standort Marchtrenk vertreten.

IHRE AUFGABEN:

* Als erfahrene Fachkraft im Hoch-/Gewerbebau nehmen Sie aktiv an Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Abschluss von Bauvorhaben teil

* Dabei tragen Sie Verantwortung für Einrichtung und Absicherung der Baustelle

* Sie messen präzise aus und bringen die Maße auf das Gelände bzw. Gebäude

* Sie bereiten die Arbeit entsprechend vor und organisieren den Bauablauf für Baumeisterarbeiten

SIE BIETEN:

* Polier_in-Ausbildung oder Erfahrung als Vorarbeiter_in

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung

* Selbstständigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Führungserfahrung

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (Lehre)

* Führerschein B

* Adäquate Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Für die anfallenden Arbeiten teilen Sie Ihre Mannschaft ein und führen Ihr Team vorbildhaft

* Sorgfältig und gewissenhaft stellen Sie die Einhaltung der Zeitpläne sicher, koordinieren sich mit Sub- und Nachunternehmer_innen und fertigen Bautagesberichte an
