Unser Kunde sucht Verstärkung und bildet Sie am 2. Bildungsweg aus als

Beruf: HochbauerIn (vormals Maurer_in)

Zielgruppe:

Beim AMS gemeldete Personen ab 18 Jahren, die über keine oder keine verwertbare Ausbildung verfügen.

Tätigkeitsprofil:

- Umsetzen von Planvorgaben

- Herstellen von Bauteilen aus Ziegel, Beton und Stahlbeton sowie weiteren Baustoffen

- Einrichten und Absichern von Baustellen sowie Prüfen von Vorleistungen

- Herstellen von Baugruben und Künetten

- Herstellen von Über- und Unterzügen, Estrichen, Rauchfängen, Lüftungen und Treppen

- Aufstellen von Leichtbauwänden und Durchführen von Trockenbauarbeiten

- Einbauen von Dämmstoffen für Wärme-, Schall- und Brandschutz

- Herstellen von Fassaden inklusive Färbelung sowie Verputzen von Innen- und Außenflächen

- Versetzen von Einbauteilen wie Fenster und Türen

- Ausführen der Arbeiten unter Berücksichtigung der einschlägigen Sicherheitsvorschriften, Normen und Umweltstandards

Wir erwarten:

- positiver Pflichtschulabschluss

- Teamfähigkeit und körperliche Belastbarkeit

- Lernbereitschaft und Begeisterung für die Baubranche

- Freude und Interesse an der Tätigkeit

- Führerschein B

Wir bieten:

- Praxisorientierte Ausbildung in Form einer verkürzten Lehre (18 Monate)

- Einen sicheren und langfristigen Arbeitsplatz

- 40 Stunden pro Woche von Montag bis Donnerstag

Sie werden im Rahmen von AQUA (Arbeitsplatznahe Qualifizierung) eine Lehre am 2. Bildungsweg und einem betrieblichen Praktikum absolvieren. Die Dauer ist auf die Hälfte der regulären Lehrzeit festgelegt. Sie erhalten für die Dauer der Ausbildung weiterhin Arbeitslosengeld, Notstandshilfe oder Beihilfe zur Deckung des Lebensunterhaltes und einen Ausbildungszuschuss. Die Ausbildungskosten trägt das Unternehmen.

Ziel:

Eintritt in ein reguläres Dienstverhältnis im selben Unternehmen nach Ausbildungsende. Mindestentgelt nach Beendigung der AQUA nach Kollektivvertrag: Euro 3170,00 brutto, pro Monat (Stand Mai 2026).
