Dan is deze rol jouw kans om het verschil te maken. Als Hoofdaankoper neem je de lead over het aankoopbeleid en bouw je actief mee aan een efficiënte en toekomstgerichte supply chain.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een strategisch aankoopbeleid voor de organisatie
  • Je bouwt sterke, duurzame relaties uit met leveranciers en onderhandelt optimale voorwaarden
  • Je analyseert offertes en maakt doordachte keuzes op vlak van prijs, kwaliteit en levertermijnen
  • Je volgt bestellingen en leveringen op en grijpt in waar nodig om continuïteit te garanderen
  • Je identificeert besparingsopportuniteiten en zet actief in op kostoptimalisatie
  • Je evalueert leveranciersprestaties en stuurt bij om kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid te verhogen
  • Je verkent continu de markt en detecteert nieuwe leveranciers en innovaties
  • Je optimaliseert aankoopprocessen en zorgt voor een efficiënte werking binnen het ERP-systeem
  • Je werkt nauw samen met productie, finance en sales om een vlotte werking te verzekeren
  • Je stuurt het aankoopteam aan, coacht medewerkers en bewaakt de teamdoelstellingen

Must haves

  • Bachelor of masterdiploma
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige aankooprol
  • Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en analytisch inzicht
  • Ervaring binnen een technische of productieomgeving
  • Vlot in Nederlands en Frans, goede kennis van Engels
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en goede kennis van Excel
  • Hands-on mentaliteit, resultaatgericht en gestructureerd

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring in een internationale context
  • Kennis van SAP of vergelijkbare ERP-tools
  • Affiniteit met textiel, printing of visuele communicatie
  • Ervaring met procesoptimalisaties of change management
