Voor een familiaal bouwbedrijf in Wetteren zijn we op zoek naar een Hoofd Administratie & Financiën.

Ben jij een ervaren administratief-financiële professional die energie haalt uit structuur brengen, processen optimaliseren en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen? Zoek je een functie waarin je écht impact hebt op de werking van een organisatie? Dan is dit een unieke opportuniteit.

In deze veelzijdige rol word je de administratieve en financiële spil van een stabiele KMO. Je krijgt het vertrouwen om de administratieve werking verder te professionaliseren, verbeterprojecten te trekken en als sparringpartner van het management mee te bouwen aan de toekomst van de onderneming.

Jobomschrijving

Geen klassieke boekhoudfunctie, maar een brede rol waarin administratie, financiën en optimalisatie samenkomen.

  • Leiding nemen over de dagelijkse administratieve en financiële werking
  • Verwerken en controleren van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen
  • Opvolgen van bankverrichtingen en betalingen
  • Beheren van klanten- en leveranciersdossiers
  • Actief opvolgen van openstaande klantenvorderingen
  • Superviseren en optimaliseren van administratieve processen
  • Opvolgen van verzekeringen, borgstellingen en contractadministratie
  • Ondersteunen van loon- en personeelsadministratie in samenwerking met externe partners
  • Samenwerken met het extern boekhoudkantoor voor btw-opvolging en jaarafsluiting
  • Structuur brengen in bestaande processen en verbeteringen implementeren
  • Meewerken aan digitalisering, automatisering en ERP-optimalisatie
  • Ondersteunen van kwaliteits- en certificeringsprocessen
  • Fungeren als vertrouwenspersoon en sparringpartner van het management

Must haves

  • Je beschikt over een graduaat of bachelor in een financiële richting
  • Meerdere jaren relevante ervaring binnen boekhouding, administratie of financieel beheer
  • Sterk organisatorisch vermogen en de capaciteit om structuur te brengen
  • Nauwkeurige, zelfstandige en proactieve werkstijl
  • Sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en eigenaarschap
  • Betrouwbare en discrete persoonlijkheid
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands
  • Digitale affiniteit en interesse in systemen en procesverbetering

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring binnen de bouwsector of een technische omgeving
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen, digitalisering of automatiseringsprojecten
  • Basiskennis Frans en/of Engels
  • Ervaring binnen een KMO-context
  • Ervaring met het coördineren of begeleiden van collega's
  • Interesse in procesoptimalisatie en kwaliteitsbeheer
