Opdracht Hoofd buitendienst Overijssel 28 uur Vast Als hoofd buitendienst geef je leiding aan de afdeling Verkoop. Je stuurt je medewerkers resultaatgericht aan en levert daarmee een bijdrage aan het realiseren van de commerciële ambities. Dit doe je aan de hand van het door jou opgestelde verkoopplan. Daarnaast onderhoud je zelf ook de relatie met een aantal belangrijke klanten en ben je zelf ook bezig met het acquireren van grotere nieuwe klanten. Het afdelingshoofd maakt deel uit van het managementteam van de divisie Commercie. Je bent een inspirerende, enthousiasmerende en communicatief sterke manager met aantoonbare ervaring in de collectieve zorgmarkt. Je combineert leidinggevende capaciteiten met het talent om de hoofd- van de bijzaken te kunnen scheiden. Je bent continue "in control" en weet precies wat er binnen de afdeling en de markt speelt en wel of niet aandacht nodig heeft. Je beschikt over: - een opleiding op academisch niveau; - een uitgebreid zakelijk netwerk in ons werkgebied; - minimaal 5 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in een soortgelijke functie; - bekendheid met de markt van collectieve zorgverzekeringen via directe en indirecte distributie; - ervaring in het sluiten van commerciële deals; - de vaardigheid om in kansen te denken en deze zelf ook te initiëren; - competenties als leidinggeven, onderhandelen en initiatief Lijkt je dit een mooie rol?
