The posting

Als Hoofd technisch onderhoud in de productie zorg je ervoor dat het onderhoud goed en efficiënt verloopt in jouw zone. Je plant de onderhoudswerkzaamheden en helpt het team door je technische kennis te delen op de werkvloer. Je werkt samen met de Line Lead en Process Lead binnen het lijntrio en ondersteunt de uitrol van IWS. Je bent vaak aanwezig op de werkvloer en rapporteert aan de Line Lead.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als hoofd technisch onderhoud:

  • Je plant, organiseert en optimaliseert onderhoudswerkzaamheden binnen jouw zone, in nauwe samenwerking met de Technische Dienst.
  • Je coördineert onderhoudsactiviteiten van A tot Z: voorbereiding, planning, veiligheid, mensen en materialen.
  • Je vermindert storingen en stilstanden door storingsanalyses te leiden en sterk in te zetten op preventief en predictief onderhoud.
  • Je coacht en ondersteunt operatoren en techniekers op de werkvloer en deelt actief je technische kennis.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de Line Lead en Process Lead, ondersteunt geplande stops en neemt deel aan dagelijkse overlegmomenten.
  • Je draagt bij aan verbeterings- en optimalisatieprojecten, met aandacht voor veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en kostenefficiëntie.
  • Je volgt onderhoudsadministratie en budgetten op en bewaakt onderhouds- en veiligheidsstandaarden (LOTO).
