Om onze productie verder te versterken, zoeken we een gedreven Hoofd Technische Dienst. Wil jij met jouw technische expertise en leidinggevende vaardigheden het verschil maken?

Wat ga je doen:

Als Hoofd Technische Dienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van onze productiefaciliteiten. Concreet betekent dit:

  • Leidinggeven en Ontwikkelen:Aansturen en coachen van een team van techniekers. Creëren van een veilige en productieve werkomgeving.
  • Storingen en Onderhoud:Verhelpen van technische storingen en uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud. Doorvoeren van procesoptimalisaties om de efficiëntie te verhogen.
  • Projectbeheer:Plannen en coördineren van technische projecten. Zorgen voor een tijdige en kwalitatieve uitvoering.
  • Administratie en Bestellingen:Bijhouden van technische werkzaamheden in ons systeem (API Pro). Beheren van administratieve taken en afstemmen met leveranciers.
  • Samenwerking:Samenwerken met interne afdelingen en externe partners om onze productielijnen optimaal te laten draaien.
  • Een bachelordiploma heeft in elektromechanica (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Technisch sterk is, constructietekeningen kan lezen en vertalen naar de praktijk.
  • Goed overweg kan met MS Office en systemen zoals API Pro.
