Werken bij Zwanenberg Hoofd Technische Dienst Krijg jij energie van een fabriek waar techniek, mensen en verbetering continu samenkomen? Voor Zwanenberg Food Group in Oss zoeken we een Hoofd Technische Dienst dat een technische organisatie van circa 40 collega's verder brengt. Je stuurt op betrouwbaarheid, onderhoud en investeringen, maar vooral ook op eigenaarschap, ontwikkeling en samenwerking op de werkvloer. Locatie: Oss Functiegroep: Productie Techniek die nooit stilstaat. Een TD van circa 40 mensen. En een fabriek waarin jouw keuzes iedere dag zichtbaar zijn. Een productielijn die beter kan. Een storing die structureel opgelost moet worden. Een investeringsvoorstel dat vandaag op tafel ligt. Een gesprek met een monteur die precies weet waar het in de praktijk wringt. En ondertussen moet de fabriek gewoon blijven draaien. Welkom bij Zwanenberg Food Group in Oss. Voor onze productielocatie zoeken we een Hoofd Technische Dienst dat technische kennis combineert met leiderschap. Iemand die kan uitzoomen naar het totaalplaatje van de fabriek, maar ook begrijpt wat er op de werkvloer gebeurt. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid over een brede technische organisatie van circa 40 medewerkers , een complex machinepark en miljoenenbudgetten voor onderhoud, personeel en investeringen. Dit is geen rol voor iemand die techniek vooral vanuit rapportages wil aansturen. Je bent zichtbaar in de fabriek, kent je mensen en weet wat er speelt. Wat ga je doen? Als Hoofd Technische Dienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische beschikbaarheid en verdere ontwikkeling van onze fabriek in Oss. De productie draait in een sterk mechanisch georiënteerde omgeving met procesinstallaties, transporttechniek, verpakkingslijnen, utilities en automatisering.
