Wat ga je doen?

Als Lead Buyer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het uitbouwen en beheren van onze strategische leveranciersrelaties. Je onderhandelt raamcontracten en kaderovereenkomsten die een directe impact hebben op al onze bouwprojecten.

Je:

  • ontwikkelt en implementeert een strategische aankoopaanpak voor de belangrijkste aankoopcategorieën en partners;
  • onderhandelt raamcontracten en kaderovereenkomsten met leveranciers en onderaannemers voor alle werven van Cordeel Belgium;
  • zorgt voor de beste commerciële, operationele én juridische voorwaarden in elke overeenkomst;
  • bouwt duurzame partnerships uit met onze strategische leveranciers en onderhoudt deze relaties op lange termijn;
  • gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe leveranciers, innovatieve producten en sterke marktpartners;
  • volgt afgesloten contracten op en ziet toe op een correcte toepassing binnen de organisatie;
  • analyseert de leveranciersmarkt en detecteert opportuniteiten, risico's en prijsontwikkelingen;
  • stemt contracten en samenwerkingen af met collega's van aankoop, projectleiding, legal en andere interne stakeholders;
  • waakt erover dat overeenkomsten aansluiten bij onze interne procedures, compliance-richtlijnen en duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen;
  • creëert engagementen en samenwerkingen die bijdragen aan de verdere groei van Cordeel.

Wie zoeken we?

Je bent een ervaren onderhandelaar met een sterk commercieel inzicht. Je denkt strategisch, bouwt gemakkelijk relaties op en weet mensen mee te krijgen. Je begrijpt de bouwsector en voelt aan waar de markt naartoe evolueert.

Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee:

  • een bachelor- of masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring;
  • ruime ervaring binnen de bouwsector in een aankoop-, projectgerelateerde of commerciële functie;
  • ervaring met contractonderhandelingen en strategische leveranciersrelaties;
  • een sterk netwerk binnen de bouwsector is een belangrijke troef;
  • een ondernemende mindset en het vermogen om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen;
  • uitstekende onderhandelings- en communicatievaardigheden;
  • een gestructureerde en analytische manier van werken;
  • een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands. Frans en Engels zijn mooi meegenomen.
