The posting

Voor een stabiel en groeiend productiebedrijf in West-Vlaanderen zijn we op zoek naar een KMO boekhouder A-Z die graag ownership neemt over een brede en inhoudelijke boekhoudkundige rol. In deze functie ben je een sleutelpersoon binnen de organisatie en werk je nauw samen met de directie. Je combineert operationele boekhouding met meedenken op proces- en rapporteringsniveau, in een omgeving waar vertrouwen, autonomie en korte communicatielijnen centraal staan.

Jobomschrijving

Als KMO boekhouder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de boekhouding van meerdere vennootschappen en neem je onder meer volgende taken op:

  • Inboeken en opvolgen van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen
  • Opvolgen van betalingen, openstaande posten en financiële verrichtingen
  • Ondersteuning bij btw-aangiftes en andere fiscale verplichtingen
  • Voorbereiden en indienen van jaarafsluit, jaarrekening en fiscale aangiftes
  • Aangiftes zoals VennB, Intrastat en IC-listings
  • Rapportering (momenteel in Excel) en meedenken richting maandrapportering
  • Verder verfijnen van kostprijscalculaties
  • Administratieve en boekhoudkundige ondersteuning rond lonen (reconciliatie)
  • Actief meedenken over optimalisatie van interne processen en financieel beheer
  • Regelmatig overleg met de directie rond omzet, cashflow en cijfers

Must haves

  • Diploma boekhouding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige A-Z rol
  • Grondige kennis van Belgische boekhoud- en btw-wetgeving
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, discreet en gestructureerd
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen
  • Vlot Nederlands, basiskennis Frans en Engels voor eenvoudige communicatie

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring binnen een KMO-context of familiale onderneming
  • Affiniteit met rapportering, budgettering of controlling
  • Interesse in procesverbetering en digitalisering
  • Ervaring met meerdere vennootschappen
  • Vlotte omgang met Excel en ERP-systemen
