Als hoofdconstructeur werk je voor ingenieursbureau Aveco de Bondt én voor civiele aannemer Van Hattum en Blankevoort (VHB). Bij Aveco de Bondt beoordeel en adviseer je aan de voorkant van projecten; bij VHB ben je eind verantwoordelijk voor constructies die daadwerkelijk gebouwd worden. Waarom de combinatie? Als hoofdconstructeur bij een adviesbureau beïnvloed je de keuzes, maar niet de bouw. Bij een aannemer ben je in alle fasen betrokken. Aveco de Bondt (advies): je beoordeelt ontwerpen, adviseert over varianten en bent technisch sparringpartner van publieke opdrachtgevers zoals gemeenten en waterschappen. Van Hattum en Blankevoort (realisatie): je bent verantwoordelijk voor het (laten) ontwerpen, berekenen en uitwerken van constructies voor regionale projecten, en je toetst ze op veiligheid. Wat jij goedkeurt, wordt gebouwd. Je brengt uitvoeringskennis naar de adviestafel en adviesscherpte naar de bouwplaats. Wat je gaat doen: - Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor het (laten) ontwerpen, berekenen en uitwerken van civiele constructies in de beton- en waterbouw. - Je toetst ontworpen constructies op veiligheid. - Je stuurt constructeurs en modelleurs inhoudelijk aan en controleert hun werk. - Je bent in projectteams het aanspreekpunt voor alle ontwerpvragen, in directe verbinding met werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering. - Je beoordeelt ontwerpen van derden en bent gesprekspartner voor opdrachtgevers. - Je coacht junior en medior constructeurs en trekt de kennison...
