Wil jij mee bouwen aan een moderne, veilige en gebruiksvriendelijke digitale werkplek voor stad Sint-Niklaas?

Als hoofddeskundige ICT werkplek M365 maak je deel uit van een team van drie medewerkers met een duidelijke focus op de digitale werkplek. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat collega's efficiënt, veilig en vlot kunnen samenwerken. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met de andere teams en kennisdomeinen binnen de afdeling ICT, zoals netwerken, systeembeheer, het onsite team en de servicedesk.

Je bent een allrounder die graag de verbinding maakt tussen technologie, ondersteuning en gebruikersnoden, met specifieke kennis van moderne werkplekomgevingen en Microsoft-technologie. Je beheert en ondersteunt de digitale werkplek en denkt actief mee over betere configuraties, efficiëntere processen en automatisering.

Je krijgt energie van het oplossen van complexe werkplekvraagstukken. Daarbij zoek je niet alleen een snelle oplossing wanneer dat nodig is, maar kijk je ook verder dan het incident zelf. Je analyseert de onderliggende oorzaken, detecteert verbeterkansen en zet samen met collega's in op duurzame oplossingen, automatisering en slimme quick wins. Dit maakt van jou een belangrijke schakel in het continu verbeteren van onze digitale dienstverlening.

Daarnaast krijg je de ruimte om nieuwe functionaliteiten en technologieën te ontdekken, uit te testen en mee vorm te geven aan de digitale werkplek van morgen. Zo blijf je niet alleen zelf groeien, maar help je ook de organisatie vooruit.

Specifieke aanwervingsvoorwaarden

  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor diploma of daarmee gelijkgesteld onderwijs of je slaagt voor een capaciteitsproef die onderzoekt of je in staat bent te functioneren op het gevraagde niveau. De test wordt afgenomen door een gekwalificeerde selector.
  • Je hebt minimaal één jaar relevante ervaring.
