Heb jij ervaring in magazijnbeheer én kennis van bouwmaterialen?

Voor een gevestigde en groeiende speler binnen de bouwsector zijn wij op zoek naar een Hoofdmagazijnier voor de vestiging in Hoogstraten. In deze afwisselende functie combineer je operationeel magazijnwerk met het aansturen van een team en klantencontact.

Ben jij iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en energie haalt uit het organiseren van een magazijn? Dan is deze uitdaging misschien iets voor jou.

Jouw functie als Hoofdmagazijnier

Als verantwoordelijke van het magazijn zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse werkzaamheden efficiënt, veilig en gestructureerd verlopen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor het magazijnteam en werkt zelf actief mee op de werkvloer.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Coördineren van de dagelijkse magazijnwerking.
  • Organiseren van de ontvangst, controle en stockage van goederen.
  • Opvolgen van orderpicking en het voorbereiden van transporten.
  • Laden en lossen van vrachtwagens.
  • Waken over orde, netheid en veiligheid in het magazijn.
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van een team magazijniers.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte planning en een efficiënte goederenstroom.
  • Actief meewerken in de operationele werkzaamheden.
  • Toezien op het behalen van deadlines en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen.
  • Ook klantencontact maakt deel uit van je job
  • Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor het magazijn, maar ondersteunt ook klanten die materialen komen afhalen.

Daarbij zorg je voor:

  • Professioneel advies over bouwmaterialen en toepassingen.
  • Begeleiding van klanten bij het ophalen van hun bestellingen.
  • Een correcte en klantvriendelijke dienstverlening.
  • Een vlotte afhandeling van afhaalorders.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt ervaring als magazijnier en bij voorkeur al een eerste ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende rol.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van bouwmaterialen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met een heftruck; een geldig heftruckattest is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en behoudt het overzicht, ook tijdens drukke periodes.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en steekt graag zelf mee de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet collega's op een positieve manier aan te sturen.
  • Je bent klantgericht en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
  • Je woont bij voorkeur in de regio Hoogstraten, Brecht, Wuustwezel, Rijkevorsel, Merksplas, Turnhout of omgeving.
