The posting

Als Hoofdmonteur neem je samen met je team de montage van verschillende industriële installaties voor je rekening.

Je monteert zelf actief mee en stuurt tegelijk een team van ongeveer 2 tot 3 monteurs aan.

Je leest technische plannen en montagehandleidingen en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke instructies voor je collega's.

️ Je organiseert de werkzaamheden op de werf en bewaakt de voortgang van de montage.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een veilige uitvoering en ziet erop toe dat de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften worden gevolgd.

✅ Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het geleverde werk en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor een correcte oplevering van het project.

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de werf voor klanten, leveranciers en andere externe partners.

Je werkt op verschillende locaties. Dat kunnen projecten in België zijn, maar ook opdrachten in onze buurlanden of verder in het buitenland.

Je hebt een technische achtergrond en voelt je thuis in een praktische montageomgeving.

Ervaring als hoofdmonteur, ploegverantwoordelijke, brigadier of in een gelijkaardige functie is mooi meegenomen. Belangrijker is dat je voldoende technische bagage hebt om zelfstandig een montage te begrijpen en collega's hierin mee te nemen.

Je:

kan technische plannen en montage-instructies lezen en interpreteren; neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en kan een klein team motiveren en aansturen; blijft zelf graag operationeel en hands-on meewerken; hebt aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en deadlines; communiceert vlot met klanten en externe partijen; beschikt over een rijbewijs B, bij voorkeur ook BE; beschikt over een VCA-attest of bent bereid dit te behalen; spreekt goed Nederlands en kan je daarnaast uitdrukken in het Frans en/of Engels; staat ervoor open om voor projecten regelmatig in het buitenland te verblijven.
