De afdeling Service Projecten binnen ADS Groep Water is projectmatig ingericht en richt zich op het ontzorgen van klanten binnen beheer en onderhoud. Je werkt aan projecten die veelal voortkomen uit raamcontracten en gericht zijn op het aanpassen, verbeteren, vervangen of onderhouden van bestaande installaties. De focus ligt op continuïteit van de installatie en minimale verstoring van de bedrijfsvoering van de klant. Storingsdiensten maken geen onderdeel uit van deze functie. Binnen deze projecten ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt op de werkplek. Je werkt aan werktuigbouwkundige installaties zoals pompsystemen, leidingen, appendages en mechanische installaties in gemalen en WTB-ruimtes. Je bereidt werkzaamheden voor, coördineert de uitvoering en zorgt dat deze veilig, netjes en volgens planning en afspraken worden uitgevoerd. Je stuurt monteurs en eventueel onderaannemers aan en werkt nauw samen met de uitvoerder Service Projecten. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het werk, signaleert knelpunten en denkt actief mee over praktische oplossingen. Omdat je werkt in bestaande installaties heb je voortdurend oog voor veiligheid, risico's en de omgeving Daarnaast heb je veel contact met beheerders en onderhoudsafdelingen van opdrachtgevers. Je vertegenwoordigt ADS Groep Water op locatie en zorgt voor heldere communicatie over planning, voortgang en uitvoering. Intern stem je af met de uitvoerder, werkvoorbereiding en projectleiding en lever je input voor voortgang en evaluaties. Daarmee draag je bij aan een professionele en betrouwbare uitvoering van onze projecten. Wat breng je mee?
