Solliciteer dan of deze afwisselende functie! - Het bedienen, bewaren en controleren van de installaties vanuit je rol als hoofdoperator; - Het gevraagd en ongevraagd leveren van een bijdrage aan de optimalisatie van de processen; - Overleggen met machinisten en/of monteurs over afwijkingen en adviseren over de herstelwerkzaamheden bij deze afwijkingen; - Als hoofdoperator het coördineren van eenvoudige onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan de sorteerinstallatie en de transportbanden; - Het motiveren van het team, tevens ook het aansturen van de werknemers bij afwezigheid van de ploegleider; - Je bent graag bezig met het verbeteren van het proces en stelt de nodige verbetervoorstellen voor; - Jezelf door willen ontwikkelen van hoofdoperator naar ploegleider. Functie-eisen - Een operator B/C diploma of gelijkwaardig; - Een VCA VOL en heftruck certificaat, deze kan je echter ook snel behalen; - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in vergelijkbare functie als hoofdoperator; - Kennis Lock Out, Tag out & Check (LOTO); - Competenties: Flexibel communicatief, accuraat, leiderschap en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
