Als Hoofdoperator in 5-Ploegendienst in Roermond stuur jij het proces mee aan, bewaak je de kwaliteit en houd je de lijnen draaiende. Jij bent de schakel die zorgt dat productie, storingen en overdracht strak op elkaar aansluiten. In deze rol sta je midden op de werkvloer en neem je het voortouw wanneer het nodig is. Je begeleidt operators, signaleert afwijkingen vroegtijdig en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen die het proces sterker en stabieler maken. - Aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van operators tijdens de ploegendienst. - Bewaken van productkwaliteit, procesprestaties en een correcte ploegoverdracht. - Signaleren, analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen. - Uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhoud en meewerken aan omstellingen. - Meedenken over procesoptimalisatie, veiligheid en continue verbetering. Functie-eisen Je brengt technische kennis mee en je bent toe aan een functie met meer verantwoordelijkheid binnen een productieomgeving. Jij ziet snel waar het proces beter kan, schakelt stevig door bij storingen en weet collega's mee te nemen in een duidelijke manier van werken. Met 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring sta je stevig in je schoenen en ben je klaar voor de volgende stap. - Afgeronde procestechnische opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Operator B of vergelijkbaar. - Enkele jaren ervaring als operator in een productie- of procesomgeving. - Technisch inzicht en ervaring met het oplossen van storingen. - Ervaring met extrusieprocessen is een pré. - Goede communicatie, eigenaarschap en een coachende manier van samenwerken....
