Jobomschrijving

Voor een toonaangevende zorgorganisatie binnen de ouderenzorg zoeken we een enthousiaste Hoofdverpleegkundige Bewonerszorg. In deze uitdagende leidinggevende rol maak je deel uit van het lokale managementteam en stuur je het verpleegkundige en paramedische team aan.

Je zorgt ervoor dat bewoners elke dag kunnen rekenen op warme, kwalitatieve en persoonsgerichte zorg. Tegelijk coach en motiveer je je medewerkers, bewaak je de kwaliteit van de zorg en zorg je voor een vlotte, efficiënte werking van de afdeling.

Samen met bewoners, families en collega's bouw je aan een professionele zorgomgeving waarin kwaliteit, samenwerking en continue verbetering centraal staan. Zo maak je elke dag een zichtbaar verschil voor zowel bewoners als je team.

  • Je behaalde een bachelor Verpleegkunde en hebt enkele jaren leidinggevende ervaring binnen de zorg- of welzijnssector.
  • Je bent een inspirerende coach die medewerkers motiveert, verbindt en laat groeien.
  • Je communiceert helder, werkt gestructureerd en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer het druk is.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt in oplossingen en durft verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Je hebt een warm hart voor de ouderenzorg en zet bewoners steeds centraal.
