Bij Sauvegarde staat de oudere bewoner centraal in alles wat we doen. Ons trendy woonzorgcentrum biedt een warme en veilige omgeving waar onze bewoners kunnen genieten van hun gouden jaren. We geloven in persoonlijke zorg, aandacht en respect voor ieder individu. Om ons team op de gesloten afdeling te leiden, te coachen en te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een hoofdverpleegkundige die onze passie voor geriatrische zorg deelt.

Wat ga je doen?

Een hoofdverpleegkundige leidt de dagelijkse zorg in goede banen, coacht het team en vormt de brug tussen de directie en de medewerkers. Als hoofdverpleegkundige sta je in voor:

- Organisatie en coördinatie van een multidisciplinaire en kwaliteitsvolle zorg, dit binnen de richtlijnen en visie van Cura-Care. Het gaat hier specifiek over de gesloten afdeling voor personen met dementie en/of bewoners met wegloopgedrag.

- Leiding geven aan de medewerkers: aansturen en motiveren van het team, maar ook bijsturen waar nodig.

- De coördinatie van de dagdagelijkse werking van de dienst. Je zorgt voor de goede samenwerking van het team.

- Het maken van dienstroosters volgens het toegewezen personeelskader en begroting.

- Het samenwerken met een multidisciplinair team om optimale zorg te waarborgen.

- Communicatie met arts en familie.

- De communicatiebrug, zowel horizontaal als vertikaal binnen de organisatie.

- Het coördineren van de nodige procedures en werkinstructies. Je voert alle administratieve taken uit die nodig zijn voor de dienst.

- Uitvoeren van verpleegkundige en verzorgde taken.

- Probleemoplossend werken en denken.

Wat vragen wij?

- Een diploma als verpleegkundige A1, opleiding leiderschap in de zorg is een pluspunt

- Passie voor de ouderenzorg, specifiek voor personen met dementie

- Empathisch vermogen en goede communicatieve vaardigheden.

- Flexibiliteit en teamspirit.

- Stressbestendigheid

- Professionaliteit en zelfstandigheid

- Na een positief sollicitatiegesprek, volgt een assessment.
