In de rol van Sous-Chef ben je verantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen in de keuken. Je rapporteert en adviseert de Chefkok en verliest hierbij de doelstellingen nooit uit het oog. Met jouw creativiteit weet jij een mooie menukaart neer te zetten en onze gasten met ieder gerecht te verrassen door jouw professionele kookkunsten. Met jouw enthousiasme weet jij deze kennis en kunde over te brengen aan de rest van het keukenteam. Verder ben je de rechterhand van de chef-kok, aanspreekpunt en verantwoordelijk voor het opvangen afhandelen van vragen, klachten en problemen. Daarnaast neem je initiatief in het samenstellen van nieuwe recepten en probeert deze uit en beoordeelt ze. Je pakt uitdagingen aan en zoekt meteen naar oplossingen. - Mee ontwikkelen aan een seizoensgebonden en herkenbare menukaart - Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van het keukenteam - Zorgdragen voor de presentatie en timing van gerechten - Voorraadbeheer: van ontvangst tot calculatie en bestellingen - Oplossen van kleine technische storingen en signaleren van grotere - Toezien op veiligheid en hygiëne volgens Arbo en HACCP - En natuurlijk: genieten van een drankje met je collega's na een geslaagde shift Dit ben of heb je - MBO niveau 3 werk- ...
