* gestaltest die Erziehungs- und Bildungsarbeit in der Gruppe

* bist verantwortlich für die schriftliche Planung, Dokumentation und Reflexion der Bildungsarbeit

* kommunizierst mit Eltern und Schule

Dein Profil

* Abschluss der Bildungsanstalt für Elementarpädagogik mit Zusatz Hortpädagogik, einer Pädagogischen Hochschule oder des Kollegs für Sozialpädagogik

* Anerkennung von vergleichbarer Ausbildung ist möglich

* Wissen über Bedürfnisse und Fördermöglichkeiten von Kindern im Volksschulalter

* Integrativer Ansatz und Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern

* Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

* Teamfähigkeit

* Flexibilität und Engangement
