Gehalt:

Kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt EUR 2.600,- brutto monatlich. Überzahlung auf Grund von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.

Deine Tätigkeiten:

- Individuelle und stilvolle Beratung internationaler Gäste in Deutsch und Englisch

- Strategischer Vertrieb unserer exklusiven Hotelangebote mit Fokus auf Gästegewinnung und Zusatzverkauf

- Professionelle Führung von Verkaufsgesprächen per Telefon und E-Mail

- Präsentation passender Angebote und aktiver Verkauf hochwertiger Zusatzleistungen

- Koordination und Bearbeitung von Anfragen über Telefon, E-Mail und Onlineplattformen

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Rezeption, Marketing und weiteren Abteilungen

- Persönliche Betreuung und kompetente Ansprechperson vor Ort

Was dich als Sales Manager:in auszeichnet:

- Erfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie sowie starkes Verständnis für Vertrieb und Gästeservice

- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungskraft im telefonischen und schriftlichen Verkauf

- Stilvolles Auftreten und professionelle Umgangsformen

- Begeisterungsfähigkeit für anspruchsvolle Gäste und hochwertige Hotellerie

- Bereitschaft für Feiertags- und Wochenenddienste

- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Teamgeist und Diskretion
