Dein Wirkungsbereich bei den JUFA Hotels:

* Hotel-Management: Selbstständige sowie eigenverantwortliche operative und strategische Leitung des JUFA Hotels Wien City (164 Zimmer, Seminar- & Eventbereiche). * Kaufmännische & strategische Steuerung: Monitoring aller relevanten Kennzahlen (KPIs, GOP, RevPAR), effizientes Kosten- & Organisationsmanagement sowie die Steuerung externer Dienstleister (z. B. Outsourcing-Partner). * Revenue & Vertrieb: Optimierung der Auslastung und Preisstrategie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Revenue-Team für den Wiener Markt (MICE, Gruppen, OTAs & Firmenkunden). * Leadership: Empathische Verantwortung für den gesamten Employee Lifecycle, inklusive Teambuilding, Personalauswahl und nachhaltiger Entwicklung. * Gastgebertum & Repräsentation: Aktive Hands-on-Mentalität im Tagesgeschäft, Pflege lokaler Netzwerke in Wien sowie Sicherstellung einer erstklassigen Gästezufriedenheit.

Das bringst du für das JUFA-Hotels-Team mit:

* Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der (Stadt-)Hotellerie - idealerweise in Häusern vergleichbarer Größenordnung (150+ Zimmer) mit MICE- / Seminaranteil. * Marktkenntnis & Netzwerk: Fundierte Kenntnisse des Wiener Hotelleriemarktes sowie ein gutes lokales/regionales Netzwerk. * Kaufmännische Stärke: Analytisches Denkvermögen, ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis (Budgetierung, P&L-Verständnis, Kostenrechnung) sowie Erfahrung im Revenue-Management. * Leadership & Persönlichkeit: Proaktive Arbeitsweise, hohe Entscheidungsfreude, Hands-on-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, ein großes Team zu begeistern und zu führen. * System- & Sprachkenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Hotelmanagementsystemen (PMS), MS Office / Google Workspace sowie verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch.
