Voor een hotel te Knokke, zijn we zoek naar een Hotelreceptionist.

Als het gezicht en de spilfiguur van dit gerenommeerde hotel zorg jij samen met het team voor een onvergetelijk verblijf van de (internationale) gasten. Je combineert administratieve precisie met een warme, gastvrije flair.

  • De perfecte eerste indruk: Je staat in voor het hartelijke onthaal, het vlot in- en uitchecken van de gasten en de professionele afhandeling van betalingen.
  • A-tot-Z Relatiebeheer: Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor alle vragen. Of het nu gaat om het boeken van een exclusief restaurant, info over de regio of speciale verzoeken; jij ontzorgt de gasten met de glimlach.
  • Reservatiebeheer & Communicatie: Je beheert binnenkomende boekingen (via mail, telefoon en boekingssystemen) en zorgt voor een feilloze administratieve opvolging en planning.
  • Kwaliteitsbewaking & Klachtenbehandeling: Je anticipeert op de noden van de gasten en lost eventuele opmerkingen of problemen proactief en discreet op, zodat iedereen met een fantastisch gevoel vertrekt.
  • Shift-overdracht & Interne organisatie: Je zorgt voor een heldere communicatie en nauwkeurige overdracht naar de andere diensten (zoals housekeeping en F&B) om de hoge kwaliteitsstandaard van het hotel te garanderen.

Jouw profiel:

  • Opleiding hotel of toerisme of gelijkaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een verzorgd voorkomen en bent sociaal/communicatief.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, service gericht en klantvriendelijk.
  • Je bent flexibel naar uren en wil werken in het weekend.
  • Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin en bent commercieel ingesteld.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
