Als hotelreceptionist ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gasten in een modern viersterren superior hotel aan zee. Je ontvangt gasten met een glimlach en zorgt ervoor dat ze zich meteen welkom voelen. Je begeleidt hen van aankomst tot vertrek en stemt alles af met andere afdelingen zodat alles vlot verloopt.

Een gemiddelde werkdag start met het checken van binnenkomende reserveringen en het voorbereiden van check-ins. Je verwelkomt gasten aan de balie, beantwoordt vlot hun vragen, plant boekingen voor hotel, wellness en restaurant in, en staat paraat om advies te geven over Nieuwpoort en de omgeving. Administratieve taken voer je uit in het gebruiksvriendelijke PMS-systeem Mews. Je communiceert helder met je collega's van F&B en housekeeping en springt bij aan de bar waar nodig.

  • Je bent een echte hospitality-held met een professionele, warme uitstraling
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans én Engels
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar (avonden, weekends, feestdagen)
  • Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring in hospitality, bij voorkeur in een hotel
  • Je werkt graag samen in een hecht team waar kwaliteit telt
  • Ervaring met Mews is een pluspunt, geen must
