Für unsere Standorte in Wien suchen wir 1 Housekeeping / Facility Manager oder Assistenz (m/w) zum sofortigen Eintritt Vollzeit 40 h/W oder Teilzeit 32 h/W

Aufgaben:

+ Professionelle Führung der Abteilung und Team Housekeeping/Facility

+ Übernahme der Personalverantwortung für das Housekeeping/Facility Team

+ Verantwortung der Dienst- und Urlaubsplanung

+ Sicherstellen der Sauberkeit und der Standards in den Apartments

+ Verwaltung der Wäsche, Putzmittel und Gästezimmerartikel u.ä.

+ Gästebetreuung und Beschwerdemanagement im direkten Gästekontakt

+ Diverse administrative Tätigkeiten

+ Betreuung von Lieferanten und Subfirmen im Bereich Housekeeping/Facility

Was sollten Sie mitbringen und bieten, um unser Team zu bereichern:

+ Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung sowie mind. 2 Jahre Berufs- und

Führungserfahrung als Housekeeping/Facility Assistenz oder Manager_In

in der Hotellerie bzw. Tourismusbereich

+ Ausgeprägte Gast- und Serviceorientierung

+ Sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeit und Führungskompetenz

+ verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

+ Hands-on Mentalität, Blick für Details und hoher Qualitätsanspruch

+ Ausgeprägte Einsatzbereitschaft und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

+ Gepflegtes und höfliches Auftreten

+ Zeitliche Flexibilität und B-Führerschein
