- Kids Club - Binnen spelen Volwassenen Housekeeping Manager Per direct, 24/32 uur per week (over 4/5 dagen). Je management skills in de schoonmaak toepassen? Dat kan bij HUP! Als Housekeeping Manager neem jij de dagelijkse leiding over ons Housekeeping team van zo'n 40 collega's. Jij bent een echte meewerkend manager : met jouw hands-on mentaliteit ben je dagelijks op de vloer te vinden, werk je actief mee waar nodig en stuur je het team direct aan. Je verdeelt de werkzaamheden, houdt de voortgang in de gaten en controleert én beoordeelt de hotelkamers. Ook ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw team. Zo zorgen jullie er samen voor dat onze 149 hotelkamers en algemene ruimtes iedere dag weer tiptop in orde zijn. Je werkt nauw samen met de Facilitair Manager , aan wie je ook rapporteert. Samen stemmen jullie onder andere de personeelsplanning en de komst van nieuwe collega's af. En zorgen jullie voor een optimale dienstverlening, zodat het onze gasten aan niets ontbreekt en in een schone omgeving kunnen genieten van hun verblijf. HUP HUP is het sportiefste hotel van Nederland, compleet met zwembad, sauna's en eindeloos veel sportmogelijkheden. Hier kan alles. Gasten en sportleden kunnen bowlen, fitnessen, tennissen, golfen, voetballen, fietsen, basketballen en nog veel meer. Of… helemaal niets. Want ook relaxen is een sport. Jouw speelveld - Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan zo'n 40 Housekeeping medewerkers , waaronder een aantal supervisors. - Je verdeelt de werkzaamheden en bewaakt de kwaliteit, planning en voortgang van de dagelijkse schoonmaak. - Samen met je team zorg je voor de schoonmaak van onze 149 hotelkamers en algemene hotelruimtes, zoals de lobby, het restaurant en de toiletten. - Jij controleert, beoordeelt en keurt de hotelkamers goed voordat onze gasten binnenkomen.
