IHRE ROLLE IN DER WELT VON DO & CO

Mit der Neueröffnung unseres DO & CO Flagship Boutique Hotels im ersten Wiener Bezirk am Stephansplatz haben Sie die Chance die verantwortungsvolle Rolle der Housekeeping ManagerIn (m/w/x) unseres Hauses zu übernehmen.

Die 35 neu renovierten Zimmer und Suiten unseres Hotels spiegeln den hohen Qualitätsstandard von DO & CO in jedem Detail wider.

* Leitung der täglichen Housekeeping Agenden

* Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit und DO & CO Qualitätsstandards auf allen Hotelflächen, Zimmern und in beiden Restaurants sowie Schanigarten

* Tägliche zeitgerechte Reinigung und Fertigstellung aller Zimmer für unsere internationalen Gäste

* Management der Housekeeping- und Wäschereibereiche und Bestellung von Arbeitsmaterialien

* Durchführung und Qualitätsmanagement von Zimmerinspektionen

* Qualitätsbotschafterin des Hauses & Verantwortung für den ersten Eindruck des Gastes

* Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitenden sowie interne Weiterentwicklung und Schulungen

* Dienst- und Urlaubsplanerstellung des Housekeeping Teams

Qualifikationen

WAS SIE AUSZEICHNET

* 3+ Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in der gehobenen Hotellerie sowie Führungserfahrung

* Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Zimmerverwaltungs- bzw. Hotelmanagementsystemen

* Souveräner und respektvoller Umgang mit Menschen, besonders unseren täglichen Gästen

* Fähigkeit, eigenständig fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen

* Selbstständige, effiziente und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Teamorientierte und verlässliche Persönlichkeit

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende, verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort/Schrift; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

Der Dienstort ist das Haas Haus in Wien im 1. Bezirk. Eine gültige Arbeitsbewilligung für Österreich ist erforderlich.
