Du liebst es, wenn im HR-Alltag alles gut organisiert ist, Unterlagen vollständig sind und sich Mitarbeitende bestens betreut fühlen? Dann bist Du bei uns richtig. Als HR & Payroll Specialist verbindest du sämtliche Fäden in der HR-Administration: Du gestaltest Verträge, pflegst Personaldaten, koordinierst Ein- und Austritte und sorgst dafür, dass unsere administrativen Prozesse vom Onboarding bis zum Offboarding reibungslos funktionieren. Gleichzeitig unterstützt Du unseren Teamlead Payroll bei der laufenden Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung und behältst relevante Fristen verlässlich im Blick.

Deine Aufgaben

* Administrative Begleitung unserer Mitarbeitenden entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycles - von der Vertragserstellung bis zum Austritt

* Erstellung von Dienstverträgen und Zusatzvereinbarungen sowie die Sicherstellung vollständiger, aktueller und gut organisierter Unterlagen

* Verwaltung von An- und Abwesenheiten, Urlaubsständen, Zeiterfassung sowie Abrechnung von Dienstreisen

* Sorgfältige Pflege unserer Personalstammdaten, Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität und Erstellung von Personalstatistiken und Auswertungen

* Gemeinsam mit dem Teamlead Payroll bereitest Du die laufende Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für unsere Mitarbeitenden in Österreich vor, führst sie durch und kontrollierst diese.

* Bei Behördenprüfungen und HR-Projekten wirkst Du aktiv mit und entwickelst unsere administrativen Abläufe gemeinsam mit HR, Finance und Controlling weiter.

Das bringst Du mit

* Erfahrung in der HR-Administration und Sicherheit im Umgang mit Verträgen, Personaldaten und organisatorischen HR-Themen

* Praktische Erfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung

* Gute Grundkenntnisse im österreichischen Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht

* Der Umgang mit Zeiterfassungs- und HR-Tools sowie Payroll-Systemen wie z.B. BMD ist für Dich vertrautes Terrain.

* Entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.

* Eine strukturierte, genaue und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet Dich aus - auch wenn mehrere Themen gleichzeitig auf Deinem Tisch landen.
