De klantenportefeuille is erg divers en bestaat uit zowel nationale als internationale klanten. Over ons We zijn ondernemers in hart en nieren en dagen jou uit om het beste uit jezelf te halen. Je werkt samen met specialisten in accountancy, fiscaliteit en payroll. Eigen initiatieven? Die juichen we toe. ESJ is onderdeel van de PIA Group, de snelst groeiende accountancygroep van Nederland. Met meer dan 60 locaties schudden we de sector flink wakker. We combineren lokaal ondernemerschap met de slagkracht van een grote organisatie. Vergeet het stoffige imago van de accountancy. Wij zijn modern en altijd in beweging. Samen transformeren we de sector en creëren we echte waarde. Wat ga je doen? In deze afwisselende functie werk je intensief met het softwarepakket Nmbrs. Je zorgt ervoor dat salarisadministraties correct, tijdig en volgens de actuele wet- en regelgeving worden verwerkt. Je gaat onder andere: - Verwerken van de maandelijkse salarissen voor nationale en internationale klanten; - Verzorgen van periodieke loonaangiften, pensioenopgaven en managementrapportages; - Adviseren van (internationale) klanten op het gebied van uiteenlopende HR- en salarisvraagstukken; - Signaleren van kansen en opdrachten en hierop inspelen; - Volgen van ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving.
