Je kan dienstverlenend en discreet te werk gaan waarbij je zorgvuldig omgaat met vertrouwelijke informatie. Plannen en organiseren liggen je goed. Het lukt je om meerdere administratieve taken en deadlines te beheren, prioriteiten te stellen en werkzaamheden efficiënt af te handelen. Je werkt daarbij proactief en oplossingsgericht, signaleert mogelijke problemen tijdig, komt met verbeteringen en draagt bij aan het soepel functioneren van HR-processen. Jouw taken Als HR Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor een volledige, actuele en nauwkeurige personeelsadministratie. Je verwerkt medewerkersgegevens en zorgt voor het voorbereiden, controleren en versturen van arbeidsovereenkomsten, brieven en overige HR-documentatie. Daarnaast houd je de afwezigheidsregistratie bij en controleer je de urenregistratie van zowel onze eigen medewerkers als uitzendkrachten. Hierbij onderhoud je contact met de Production Manager en uitzendbureaus. Ook coördineer je de administratieve processen rondom vacatures, sollicitatiegesprekken en de onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers. Als toegankelijk aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en management geef je duidelijke informatie over HR-procedures, regelingen en documenten. Met jouw nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkwijze zorg je ervoor dat onze HR-administratie betrouwbaar en op orde is. Dit zijn wij Krijn Verwijs is een echt familiebedrijf.
