Vanaf het moment dat je binnenloopt, voel je het: hier gebeurt veel. Je schakelt met leidinggevenden, denkt mee over complexe HR-vraagstukken en werkt samen met collega's die net als jij geloven in vooruitgang, verbinding en werkplezier. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist dat geeft jou energie. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor managers en medewerkers. Soms spar je over teamontwikkeling of verzuim, een uur later denk je mee over organisatieverandering of adviseer je over arbeidsvoorwaarden en personeelsbeleid. Jij weet hoofd- en bijzaken goed te scheiden en houdt overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere vragen tegelijk op je afkomen. Binnen het HR-team werk je nauw samen met HR-adviseurs, recruiters, specialisten en collega's van HR-ondersteuning. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de organisatie blijft ontwikkelen. Daarbij krijg jij volop ruimte om mee te bouwen aan nieuw HR-beleid en verbeterprojecten. Je signaleert kansen, vertaalt trends naar concrete acties en zorgt ervoor dat plannen ook echt gaan leven binnen de organisatie. Wat deze functie extra mooi maakt, is de combinatie van strategie en menselijkheid. Je bent bezig met beleid én met de mensen achter het beleid. Je helpt leidinggevenden verder, ondersteunt teams in verandering en draagt bij aan een organisatiecultuur waarin vertrouwen, samenwerking en ontwikkeling centraal staan.
