Dan is deze functie als HR Advisor iets voor jou! Waarom kies je voor deze uitdaging? Als HR Advisor speel jij een centrale rol in het optimaliseren van de HR-processen binnen een dynamische, kleurrijke organisatie in de sierteeltsector. Je bent sparringpartner voor teamleiders en draagt actief bij aan HR-projecten en innovatieve initiatieven, zoals de ontwikkeling van een AI-tool. Wat ga je doen? - HR-Support, HR-Advisor en HR-Manager ondersteunen en actief bijdragen aan lopende HR-projecten. - HR-data, rapportages en dashboards verzorgen en actueel houden. - HR-systemen en processen optimaliseren en verbeterkansen signaleren. - Als sparringpartner fungeren voor teamleiders bij HR-vraagstukken binnen hun teams. - Ondersteunen bij werving & selectie: contact met bureaus, gesprekken inplannen en zo nodig voeren. - Werkdagen en werktijden: een functie van 32 tot 40 uur per week, waarvan in ieder geval woensdag en vrijdag vanwege de bezetting van de afdeling. Wie ben jij? - Afgeronde HBO-opleiding in de richting van HR. - 3+ jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie. - Actuele kennis van HR-gerelateerde wet- en regelgeving. - Uitstekende beheersing van Microsoft Office.
