Je vertaalt HR-beleid en HR-instrumenten naar de dagelijkse praktijk en ondersteunt leidinggevenden en medewerkers bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken. Daarbij word je administratief ondersteund door collega's. Je werkt nauw samen met productiemanagers en teamleiders.
