In deze functie krijg je veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief, werk je hybride en draag je bij aan een organisatie in de energietransitie. Over de functie Als HR adviseur bij Libra Energy in Velsen-Noord ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen collega's en leidinggevenden. Je bent betrokken bij het opstellen en uitvoeren van HR-beleid, coördineert het recruitmentproces, begeleidt verzuim- en ontwikkeltrajecten en zorgt dat alles rondom wet- en regelgeving klopt. Je werkt nauw samen in een klein, betrokken team waarin je veel vrijheid krijgt om verbeteringen voor te stellen. Je dag bestaat uit sparren met leidinggevenden, het beantwoorden van HR-vragen van collega's en het organiseren van processen, van indiensttreding tot en met ontwikkeling. Soms is het schakelen tussen operationeel en tactisch werk uitdagend, maar je krijgt veel waardering voor jouw bijdrage.
