39D7 HR - Adviseur - Werken bij Breman Drunen 32 - 40 uur Fulltime Bij Breman Zuid draait techniek om mensen. En achter die mensen staat een HR Adviseur die luistert, meedenkt en vooruitkijkt. In deze veelzijdige functie zorg jij ervoor dat medewerkers en leidinggevenden de juiste ondersteuning krijgen om samen succesvol te zijn. Je bent zichtbaar binnen de vestiging, kent de mensen en weet wat er speelt. Met jouw ervaring en mensgerichte aanpak help je medewerkers verder in hun ontwikkeling en ondersteun je leidinggevenden bij vraagstukken rondom verzuim, functioneren en verandering. Daarbij neem je zaken niet over, maar help je anderen om zelf de regie te pakken en te groeien in hun rol. Welke energie krijg je van ons? Bij Breman heb je het goed voor elkaar. We zorgen ervoor dat je niets tekortkomt, zowel qua materialen en middelen als op het gebied van ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden en werksfeer.
