" Wat ga je doen? Je bent een verbindende HR-professional en een stevige gesprekspartner voor het management binnen de gemeente Rijswijk. Je adviseert over strategische, tactische en operationele HR-vraagstukken en draagt bij aan een toekomstbestendige organisatie waarin mensen, ontwikkeling en organisatieverandering centraal staan. Je houdt je daarbij bezig met drie belangrijke taken: ➡Strategische advisering van het management Je adviseert leidinggevenden over HR-ontwikkelingen en toekomstige uitdagingen. Je denkt proactief mee over strategische personeelsplanning, personeelsontwikkeling, leiderschap en organisatieverandering en vertaalt ontwikkelingen naar concrete adviezen. ➡Advisering en ondersteuning bij personeelsbeleid Je adviseert en ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken, zoals werving en selectie, onboarding, functieontwikkeling, digitalisering en AI, vitaliteit en verzuim. Daarbij help je het management om hun HR-verantwoordelijkheid verder te versterken. ➡Begeleiding bij complexe casuïstiek Je adviseert bij complexe personele vraagstukken, zoals arbeidsconflicten, arbeidsvoorwaarden en verzuimtrajecten. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met HR-collega's en andere specialisten en zorgt voor een zorgvuldige en integrale aanpak. Kortom: Je krijgt een zelfstandige en veelzijdige functie waarin je de ruimte krijgt om initiatief te nemen en actief bij te dragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van HRM.
