Voor een ambitieuze organisatie in de logistieke dienstverlening zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren HR Adviseur. De HR-afdeling heeft de afgelopen jaren een stevige basis gelegd met professionele processen en verdere digitalisering. Nu is het tijd voor de volgende stap. Wil jij meebouwen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van HR en een belangrijke bijdrage leveren aan zowel medewerkers als management? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Als HR Adviseur ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden en medewerkers. Je adviseert over uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken en draagt actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de HR-dienstverlening. Het team bestaat uit 4 collega's die gezamelijk de werkzaamheden oppakken voor 17 vestigingen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Adviseren van leidinggevenden op het gebied van verzuim, ontwikkeling, functioneren en arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken. - Begeleiden van medewerkers en managers bij diverse HR-processen. - Coachen en ondersteunen van HR-collega's. - Signaleren van verbeterkansen binnen HR-beleid en processen. - Deelnemen aan en uitvoeren van diverse HR-projecten. - Bijdragen aan een profes...
